The University of Washington is ranked No. 23 in the nation for best value by Forbes, according to a list released this week.

The UW is No. 9 among West Coast schools and is the top-ranked institution in the state on the Forbes list.
According to the data used in Forbes methodology, the average post-graduation salary for UW alumni is $52,100, which is above the national average of $34,300.
